The law firm of David B. Adler is a sole practice law firm. Its lead
attorney is a former federal prosecutor who has extensive experience
in the analysis and interpretation of U.S. Criminal law and procedure,
grand jury procedure, statutory analysis, and criminal trial practice in
federal and state court.
He also has more than twenty years of experience in civil law and
litigation which is the basis for his ability to understand and resolve a
variety of legal problems that involve the interactions between the
government, corporations, individuals and litigants. His staff includes a
Russian educated lawyer who is bi-lingual and qualified in the United
States as a trained paralegal.
Mr. Adler sees his role at assisting the Client to understand the events
and system of communications that led the person or corporation to his
office, and to then understand the options that are available to the
Client in pursuing a remedy or in defending against a claim.
