The law firm of David B. Adler is a sole practice law firm. Its lead attorney is a former federal prosecutor who has extensive experience in the analysis and interpretation of U.S. Criminal law and procedure, grand jury procedure, statutory analysis, and criminal trial practice in federal and state court.
He also has more than twenty years of experience in civil law and litigation which is the basis for his ability to understand and resolve a variety of legal problems that involve the interactions between the government, corporations, individuals and litigants.
Mr. Adler sees his role at assisting the Client to understand the events and system of communications that led the person or corporation to his office, and to then understand the options that are available to the Client in pursuing a remedy or in defending against a claim.

Professional experience:

Sole Practice attorney in Seattle since January, 1990 involving a general legal practice oriented towards commercial litigation [RICO and Fraud]; employment discrimination and criminal defense. Prior to 1990 – national service as a federal prosecutor (senior trial attorney)
with the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington , D.C. in the Criminal and the Civil Right Divisions,
then a sole practitioner in Washington, D.C. prior to relocating to Seattle, Washington.

Professional Credentials:

Member of Washington State, Maryland, District of Columbia bars, and
various Federal District courts including the W.D. Washington, 9th Cir. Court of Appeals, 4th Cir. Court of
Appeals.

Undergraduate Degree: Brandeis University, B.A., cum laude Hebrew
